ATLANTA (AP) A former Georgia ethics commission employee is suing the agency and its executive secretary.

According to the Daily Report, the whistleblower lawsuit was filed last week in Fulton County Superior Court by John Hair, a former IT specialist for the Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission.

The suit is the third whistleblower suit filed in the wake of a shakeup at the agency in 2011. The agency's former director Stacey Kalberman and her deputy Sherilyn Streicker filed suits in 2012, saying they'd been targeted for retaliation after they drew up subpoenas in an investigation into an alleged misuse of campaign funds by Gov. Nathan Deal.

Hair's suit against the agency and Executive Secretary Holly LaBerge says he was ordered to alter, hide and destroy documents related to the Deal investigation.
