ATLANTA (AP) - A leading manufacturer of tennis and racket sports equipment and apparel has announced that its company's headquarters are moving to Atlanta.

Prince Global Sports officials said in a statement Thursday that the company is finalizing a lease agreement at a commercial property in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood.

Prince Global Sports is currently based in Bordentown, N.J. and CEO Mike Ballardie says Atlanta is a natural fit for the company's headquarters because of Atlanta's thriving tennis community.

Metro Atlanta Chamber Senior Vice President of Sports Dan Corso says the sports industry is a large economic driver for the region, and he sees the company's potential to thrive in Atlanta.
