Authorities search for missing Oakwood woman

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Sheriff's Office is investigating following the disappearance of an Oakwood woman, last seen Monday evening.

Authorities Friday went public with photos and a description of Holly Fox Strickland. She was last seen at her residence in the 5500 block of Rain Tree Trace in Oakwood around 10:00 p.m. Monday, according to the sheriff's office. That was the last time family or friends saw her.

Investigators said her vehicle, purse and personal belongings were left behind.

Authorities described the mother as approximately 32-years-old with blonde hair and green eyes. She is about five feet six inches tall and 170 pounds. Investigators said she has a heart tattoo on her back with the names of her children.

The sheriff's office requested a phone call from anyone with information on Holly Fox Strickland's whereabouts.
