18-wheeler overturns in North Hall

GAINESVILLE - No one was seriously injured Tuesday night when a tractor-trailer overturned in North Hall.

It happened at Mt. Vernon and Jim Hood roads.

Hall County Fire & EMS spokesman Scott Cagle said the driver of the big rig suffered only minor injuries but was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Cagle added that "five-to-ten" gallons of diesel fuel spilled as a result of the accident which closed part of the intersection for a time.
