Boys basketball: North Hall falls to Oconee Co.

WATKINSVILLE -- The North Hall boys suffered their first loss of the season Tuesday night falling to Oconee County 62-53 on the road.<br /> <br /> Carson Heinen paced North Hall (3-1) with 29 points. Brock Wingo had nine points for the Trojans.<br /> <br /> It was a tight game after the first quarter with North Hall trailing just 18-16. But Oconee County held the Trojans to just six points in the second quarter to take a 35-22 lead into halftime.<br /> <br /> North Hall outscored the Warriors 15-10 in the third quarter to pull within 45-37 bu the Trojans could get no closer.<br /> <br /> North Hall next will travel to Flowery Branch on Saturday.
