The Knights jumped out to a 23-14 lead after the first quarter and led 43-31 at the half. Johnson outscored West Hall 25-16 in the third to take a 68-47 lead into the fourth quarter.
Johnson (16-5) was led by Carter Cagle with 21 points and six rebounds. Ty Cockfield added 20 points. James Hodges pitched in a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
West Hall was led by Hunter Atkinson with 20 points. Esteban Ulloa scored 15. Nic Sullens added 11.
The Spartans will play host to East Hall on Tuesday.
Johnson is back in action Tuesday at home vs Monroe Area at 7:30 in a region contest.
