Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle says the call to the 4200 block of Rolling Ridge off Harmony Church Road came in just after 10:00.
Cagle said the double-wide was already "fully involved" when the first units arrived.
"At first it was believed that occupants were still in the residence but fire officials were able to clarify later that all occupants were accounted for."
Cagle added the owner said that no one was at home at the time of the fire.
Cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The structure and contents were a total loss, Cagle said, valued at about $40,000.
