The Vikings (10-9, 6-3 Region 7-AAA) pushed ahead 18-13 after the first quarter and held on for the win to stay on pace with Dawson County and White County -- which will play each other on Wednesday after their match-up on Tuesday was postponed due to inclement weather.
Caleb Holtzclaw scored 12 points to pace the Vikings, while Elijah Lipscomb added nine.
North Hall (4-13, 2-6) stayed within 35-30 at the half and 46-28 after the third quarter.
Carson Heinen scored a game-high 16 to lead the Trojans, while Evan Easton posted 15 points.
North Hall will look to rebound on Friday against White County.
East Hall, meanwhile, faces a key 7-AAA showdown with Dawson County on Friday in Valhalla.
