Forsyth Co. couple arrested in Hall drug bust

OAKWOOD - Hall County drug agents recently confiscated almost $61,000 worth of illegal drugs with the arrests of two Forsyth County residents.

Lt. Scott Ware with the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad said Robert Charles Glover, 39, and Rhonda Lynn Travis, 49, were arrested without incident at a location in the 3800 block Mundy Mill Road. At the time, Ware said Glover and Travis were found in possession of approximately 606 grams of methamphetamine, MDMA tablets, Adderall tablets, scales, packaging materials and a 45 caliber semi-automatic pistol. He said the drugs were packaged for distribution.

Glover and Travis, both from Cumming, were charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute,
Possession of MDMA With the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Adderall with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

The incident occurred on January 8, according to Ware.
