ATLANTA - The Georgia Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers has released its latest report card on Georgia's infrastructure, which encompasses everything from local roads to the Port of Savannah.

The findings give the state an overall "C" with aviation leading the way with a "B+." Dams and public transit are at the bottom of the list, both with a "D-" grade.
