Dane Wyatt Simmons, 51, was arrested Thursday at the house on Compass Drive, according to Hall County Sheriff's Office authorities. When investigators searched the premises, they said they found two stolen vehicles and stolen automotive parts.
Citing the ongoing investigation, authorities did not say how they determined Simmons was living in the house, nor did they say how long he had been there before he was taken into custody.
At last report, Simmons was being held on a $10,000 bond at the Hall County Jail on charges of felony theft by taking and burglary.
