The Democratic mayor will be formally sworn into his second term next week.
Reed told WSB-TV that he wants to reduce the number of repeat criminal offenders. He also said that he wants more job training to prevent crime. Reed that job training increases opportunities for offenders and reduce the chances that they will commit new crimes.
Reed said he wants to spend $900 million to improve roads, bridges and sidewalks.
