Boys basketball: Gainesville knocks off Loganville

LOGANVILLE -- The Gainesville boys basketball team out-fought Loganville, 63-52 on Friday in Loganville.
Luke Maddox scored 16 points, while Sam Carpenter added 14 to pace the Red Elephants (7-6, 3-4 Region 8-AAAAA).
Gainesville will play host to Alcovy on Saturday.
