According to a sheriff's office social media post, deputies made a controlled purchase of the substance while acting on a tip.
Investigators said the booth they bought the packets from was owned by Michael Jason Knight, 42, of Winder.
According the release, felony charges are pending until the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab finishes testing the product. "This is an ongoing investigation," said Sheriff Janis Mangum. "We're waiting on results from the crime lab before we proceed with any charges."
The release from the sheriff's office indicated the seizure was made September 21 at Knight's booth in the J and J Flea Market.
