Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase process, which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. Membership is extended to attorneys who have exemplified superior qualifications, trial results and leadership in their state and area. Pope was selected after meeting stringent qualifications for his civil plaintiff law practice.
