AUGUSTA - A judge has granted bond for an Augusta woman accused of posting a video to YouTube featuring her encouraging her children to fight each other.

34-year-old Tracy Ann Smith who was arrested in February was granted $20,000 bond Friday and is ordered to not have any unsupervised contact with her children while charges are pending.

A video shown in Richmond County Superior Court showed her encouraging two of her preschool aged children to fight. The video shows the children punching and choking each other, and captures Smith telling the children to continue fighting when they wanted to stop. A judge granted temporary custody to the children's father.

Smith's attorney Lauminia Nivens says the woman's relatives and a neighbor believe she's an exemplary mother.
