LAWRENCEVILLE (AP) -- Health officials say a food court at Georgia Gwinnett College has failed a recent inspection.

They say the Feb. 21 report gave the site a score of 64 out of a possible 100, resulting in an unsatisfactory report.

Georgia Gwinnett spokeswoman Sally Ramey says the school northeast of Atlanta uses a food management service firm for its food services. Ramey said the school contracts with that company "so this is their issue."

Among violations found: Equipment was collecting dust and debris; parasite destruction documentation for raw sushi was inadequate; and vegetables were stored below raw chicken in the walk-in cooler.

Before the Feb. 21 inspection, the location scored a 100 on Nov. 28, 2012; and a 90 on April 20, 2012.
