RR crossings to close Thurs., Fri.

GAINESVILLE - Traffic on Aviation Boulevard and Dorsey Street in Gainesville will be affected by work at the railroad crossings on those streets Thursday and Friday.

Work on the Aviation Boulevard crossing will take place Thursday from 8:30 until approximately 7:00 though one lane will remain open.

On Friday, Norfolk Southern crews will begin repairs at the Dorsey Street crossing and there will be no through traffic allowed at that location from 8:30 until around 7:00.
