Braselton employees collecting for NW Ga. tornado victims

BRASELTON - Braselton city employees will be collecting items for victims of last week's tornadoes in northwest Georgia through February 18.

A list of requested items is posted below. Donations are being collected at the Braselton Town Hall. The greatest need is the starred (***) items at the bottom of the list.

-Non-perishable foods
-Condiment Items (salt, pepper, catsup, mustard, mayonnaise)
-Bottled Water
-Baby Formula
-Baby Diapers ( All Sizes )
-Personal Hygiene Products
-2 x 4 Studs
-Asphalt Shingles
-Roofing Felt
-Roofing Nails
-Hammers
-Blue Plastic Tarps
-Plywood
-Trash Bags (all sizes)
-Cleaning Supplies
-Paper Products (bath tissue, paper towels, paper plates, cups)
-Plastic Products (eating utensils, cups, food wrap)
-Gloves (work)
***Sheets of any size
***Contractor grade trash bags
***New or gently used blankets
