The Lady Spartans (9-12, 3-8 Region 7-AAA) earned their second win of the season over the Lady Trojans by outscoring the hosts 17-9 in the fourth quarter.
Kaelyn Gattis scored a game-high 19 points for West Hall, including going 8-for-10 from the free throw line. Maia Booker added 16 points and 12 rebounds in the win, while Haley Haynes added nine points.
Taylor Phillips and Ansley Chester each scored 13 points to lead North Hall.
West Hall plays host to Pace Academy at 4 p.m. Saturday.
North Hall will travel to face Jefferson on Saturday.
