Stacy Ann Foster is being held in the Habersham County Detention Center, charged with two counts of simple battery on a law enforcement officer, and with concealing/destroying/removal/transfer of property for security interest. Bond is set at $3,600.
"They went out there and she fought the guys," said Cornelia Police Chief Rick Darby. "She'd been arguing with somebody and when the guys got out there she didn't want to do right. I think she was just resisting, trying to fight them, and wouldn't cooperate."
