GSP: Commerce woman was victim in Hall Co. crash

GAINESVILLE - Authorities have now released the name of the person who was killed in a one-vehicle accident Wednesday in south Hall County.

The Georgia State Patrol Friday said 50-year-old Paula J. Harper from Commerce died when her Chevy 1500 pickup truck crossed the center line of Highway 60 (Candler Highway) near Candler Concrete, ran off the road and then struck a tree.

The fatal crash happened around 11:15 a.m. Wednesday. No other vehicles were involved.
