The Savannah Morning News reports that passengers booking trips out of the airport for March are able to choose from about 45 more flights and 5,000 more seats a week than last March.
JetBlue recently announced it would begin service from Savannah to New York and Boston early next year, which has the most impact on flight options. The daily flights to Boston's Logan International Airport and twice-daily flights to John F. Kennedy International Airport add 2,100 seats a week.
Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and US Airways are also expected to carry more passengers with the addition of more flights.
