Softball playoffs: East Hall's series deciding game pushed to Friday

RABBITTOWN -- East Hall softball got a day off in between its first round state playoff series on Thursday when rain forced the Lady Vikings to postpone their Game 3 with Cartersville.

The contest that will decide the Class AAA bracket battle will take place at 4 p.m. Friday at East Hall Park in Rabbittown.

The Lady Vikings won Game 1, 2-1 in eight innings on Wednesday and then let a lead slip in a 9-6 loss to Cartersville in Game 2.
