Dahlonega Fright Night set for Halloween

DAHLONEGA - Dahlonega Funeral Home is offering its Community Room for the first ever Fright Night, a teen-only event that will directly benefit Rainbow Children's Home and Lumpkin County Family Connection. <br /> <br /> Papa John's and other vendors will be selling pizza, burgers, popcorn, soft drinks, candy, and energy drinks. A live DJ will provide music and there will be cash for the best male and female costumes. Plus - there will be photo opportunities and a creepy haunted trail thanks to the University of North Georgia (UNG) Drama Club. <br /> <br /> In addition, Dahlonega Funeral Home will take the opportunity to show kids a vehicle recovered from a texting while driving accident, and will speak about underage drinking and driving.<br /> <br /> Tickets are $5.
