It didn't take long for Fannin County to answer, however, scoring three runs of its own in the first off a three-run home run by Mallory Deal.

After a quick strike from the Lady Vikings , Fannin County responded with one run in the third. East Hall tied the game in the fifth on a passed ball that scored Black. East Hall Lady never surrendered the lead after the seventh inning. The runs piled on thanks to a walk by Madison Brown.
