Since 2008, Northside/Dawson Imaging has offered radiology/imaging services in Dawsonville. The facility, which moved to the new Northside/Dawson Medical Campus in 2012, also offers CT, digital screening mammography, digital X-ray, bone densitometry and ultrasound exams.
"We continue to upgrade and add new imaging services to the Northside Hospital system in order to improve patient care and make our services more convenient for patien ts," said Deidre Dixon, director of radiology services for Northside Hospital. "We are excited about what this new MRI service will mean for our patients."
Northside's network of imaging facilities includes locations in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Canton, Cumming, Dawsonville, Holly Springs, Johns Creek, Marietta and Woodstock.
