Agents arrest man in fraudulent documents case

GAINESVILLE - A man who resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, faces charges in Hall County for selling fraudulent documents.

According the Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad, authorities arrested 38 year old Alfredo Pereyra-Castro Thursday in the 3700 block of Mundy Mill Road in Oakwood.

Pereyra-Castro, allegedly sold four fraudulent documents, two resident alien cards and two social security cards, for $240.

Authorities arrested Pereyra-Castro and found he had an additional fraudulent resident alien card and social security card. He was booked into the Hall County Jail on six counts of possession of fraudulent documents and an immigration hold.

Agents with the Safe Streets Task Force and Immigration and Customs Enforcement took part in the undercover operation.
