Girls basketball: Buford downs Banks, 66-24

HOMER -- The Buford girls basketball team made short work of Banks County, 66-24 on Tuesday in Homer.

Lady Wolves standout Kaela Davis equaled the Lady Leopards scoring output herself, with 24 points, while Kristina Nelson added 10 in the win.

Buford will play host to Fannin County on Friday.

Banks County will look to bounce back at West Hall on Friday.
