Girls basketball: Lady Falcons move to 17-1, dominate Winder

WINDER -- The Flowery Branch girls basketball team outscored Winder-Barrow 30-5 in the first quarter en route to a 69-19 win on Friday in Winder.

The Lady Falcons (17-1, 11-0 Region 8-AAAAA) held the Lady Bulldoggs scoreless in the second quarter.

Heather Moore paced Flowery Branch with 16 points, while Jacy Ramey added 14. Dani Lacko also scored 13 in the win.

The Lady Falcons travel to face Apalachee on Tuesday.
