The study evaluated real estate firms based upon agent count, closed transactions and per person productivity. Fifty-seven percent of the surviving firms saw increases in agent count, 86 percent increased closed transactions and 43 percent increased per person productivity. But only 17 brokerages - one of them Prudential Georgia - increased all three.
In addition, a 10-year performance study was conducted by RealTrends and Prudential Georgia had a strong showing there, as well. Now, it is one of the top 17 companies in the country based upon the RealTrends study.
Prudential Georgia was ranked the number one residential real estate company by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for 2011 and 2010.
The company has 27 offices in Georgia, including several in the Gainesville area in Cumming, Hoschton, Dawsonville, Demorest, Suwanee and Gainesville itself.
