CUMMING - An argument over loud music apparently was behind a shooting at a mobile home park near Cumming early Sunday morning.

Lt. Col. Rick Doyle of the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said Aubrey Zander, 28, was shot twice after he and a neighbor argued over loud music at the Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park just off Highway 9.

Doyle said the alleged shooter has been identified as James Adam Dunleavy, 26. He said Dunleavy was found standing over Doyle at the scene of the shooting.

Doyle said the shooter and the victim were neighbors.

Zander underwent surgery at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell. He is currently listed in stable condition, according to Doyle.

Dunleavy has been charged with aggravated assault and is awaiting a bond hearing.
