HOMER -- West Hall held Banks County scoreless over the second half on Friday en route to a 33-20 comeback victory over the Leopards in Homer.

Isaiah Rowe scored two unanswered touchdowns for the Spartans (2-2, 1-0 Region 7-AAA) in the second half -- including a game-sealing 55-yard run in the fourth quarter.

Rowe finished with 15 carries for 99 yards and three scores, while Antonio Pittman added 99 yards on 12 carries, as West Hall put up 294 yards of offense.

West Hall also got it done on special teams, as Kwon Williams opened the game with an 82-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and a 7-0 lead.

Yet Banks County responded, as quarterback Tyler Hubbard and running back Wes Faulkner scored on back-to-back touchdown runs for a 14-7 Leopards lead.

West Hall kept pace, however, as Rowe added a 1-yard run and a safety against Banks helped the Spartans stay within 20-19 at halftime. From there it was all West Hall.

Hubbard finished with 91 yards rushing and 57 yards passing, while Faulkner also rushed for 91 yards. Greg Cannon also caught three passes for 38 yards.

The Leopards (1-3, 0-1) will face Buford next Friday.

West Hall -- which also got 76 yards passing from Zach English -- will play host to Fannin County next Friday.
