Banks County Sheriff Charles Chapman said one of the kidnapping victims, a 14-year-old female, was dropped off on the side of the road before leaving Pennsylvania and was able to give authorities a description of the suspects and their vehicle.
"A deputy, off duty, had gone down toward the Commerce area, and he was coming back when he saw this car and remembered this BOLO (Be On The Lookout) from the night before," said Chapman.
He said the deputy immediately called authorities and alerted them to the situation Monday afternoon.
"They did make a traffic stop on the vehicle," Chapman said. "They did recover the female victim and the 5-year-old juvenile, which was her son."
He said 28-year-old Jorge Paramo-Mora of Baldwin, 28-year-old Jeremy Scott Neace of Cornelia and 30-year-old Johnny Len Anglin, also of Cornelia, were all taken into custody.
Chapman said Paramo-Mora is the father of the child and had apparently kidnapped the two, along with the woman's 14-year-old sister, at a McDonald's restaurant in Pennsylvania on Saturday.
