Elections offices throughout the state experienced a delay in early voting, due to late certification of primary election results by the Georgia Secretary of State's office.
Some voters showed up at the Hall County Elections Office Wednesday morning, only to be turned away.
Hall County government spokeswoman Nikki Young issued a statement, saying that all ballots had not been printed because of the delayed certification.
