GAINESVILLE - An East Hall man will be arraigned on Jan. 8 on charges that he sexually assaulted four teenage girls at his home.

Hall County Sheriff's Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks said Rusty Duane Alan Kempf, 20, originally was arrested in July when one of his alleged victims went to authorities.

He said Kempf posted bond and was released from custody, but he said as the investigation progressed, authorities found three other victims.

"We don't know of any additional victims out there, but with this coming to light, we suspect if there are [other] victims out there, they may come forward, and we certainly encourage them to do so," said Wilbanks.

The four female victims were between the ages of 13 and 15, according to Wilbanks. He said most of the incidents occurred at Kempf's home on Outer Circle in the east Hall area.

The victims in the case are not identified, but Wilbanks outlined the charges against Kempf as they are related to each victim: (Please note there has been a change in the number of charges originally reported based on corrected information from the Hall County Sheriff's Office.)

For Victim #1, Kempf faces two counts of child molestation and two counts of aggravated child molestation. The incidents involving Victim #1 reportedly occurred from May to December of 2011.

For Victim #2, Kempf faces two counts of child molestation, two counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of statutory rape. The incidents against Victim #2 reportedly occurred from September to October 2011.

For Victim #3, Kemp faces one count of child molestation, one count of aggravated child molestation, one count of statutory rape, one count of rape and one count of criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation. The incidents involving Victim #3 reportedly occurred from September to October of 2011.

And, for Victim #4, Kempf faces one count of child molestation, one count of aggravated child molestation and one counts of statutory rape. The alleged incidents took place from June to July of 2012.

A Hall County grand jury indicted Kempf earlier this month. His arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 8.
