CUMMING - Forsyth County authorities think they've solved four burglaries with the arrest of a 21-year-old Cumming man.

Investigators said Friday Austin Thomas Schwartzenberger turned himself in Thursday after a lookout was posted for him. He's been charged with the burglaries of four homes in the Bethelview Road area and could be booked in two more cases.

The four burglaries took place between November 26 and December 5 at home in Fieldstone Park, Bethelview Downs, Coventry and Polo Fields, according to a statement from Forsyth County investigators.

In the statement, Sgt. Scotty Spriggs said Schwatrzenberger could be connected to other recent break-ins in the Polo Fields and Hampton's Grant subdivisions.

"The suspect would ring the doorbell of the home. When no one answered, he would go around to the back of the home and enter the residence through a window," Sgt. Spriggs said. "He was taking items that he could easily transport like jewelry, wallets, and iPads. Then, he would take these items to gold shops or pawn shops so he could get cash for them."
