Boys basketball: Lions take out Lumpkin County

The Lakeview Academy boys basketball team defeated Lumpkin County 61-50 on Friday.<br />
<br />
Austin Montgomery scored a game-high 17 points to pace the Lions (1-2), while Zach Montgomery added 14 points.<br />
<br />
Jacob Haskel scored 16 to lead Lumpkin, and Jonathan Gilreath added nine.<br />
<br />
Lumpkin travels to face Dawson County on Saturday.<br />
<br />
Lakeview will play host to Commerce on Saturday.
