CUMMING- The devastation that happened due to Hurricane Sandy spurred Cumming author Anna Lee Everhart to spring into action and find ways to help.

Everhart decided to use her children's book, Bearful Bear and His New Moves, to raise funds for the relief efforts. Throughout November and until the end of the year, a dollar from every sale of the book is being donated to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

Everhart has friends and family living along the East Coast who made it safely through the storm. "I know that so many weren't as lucky as my family and friends," she said. "This is just one small way to help restore and rebuild."

The book is available from BQB Publising online at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and in bookstores. It is also available in eBook format through Kindle, Nook, iTunes, Kobo, OverDrive, and other eBook distributors.
