William and Christopher Cormier were arrested in Georgia after the body of a Florida journalist was unearthed in their father's backyard on Sixth Avenue in Winder October 8. The two originally were charged in Georgia, but then authorities determined Sean Dugas was killed in Florida.
The brothers were booked into the jail in Escambia County Friday night.
Their first court appearance in Florida is set for the morning of December 7, according to jail records.
