WINDER - An Auburn woman got 30 days in jail and a $4,000 fine on charges stemming from an after-prom party where an 18-year-old died.

Barbara Ann Michael had pleaded guilty to charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, contributing to the depravation of a minor and keeping a disorderly house. She also got four years probation.

The charges weren't directly related to Leland Martin's death. Assistant district attorney Patricia Brooks said Michael couldn't be charged in Martin's death because Martin was 18. The charges were related to other underage kids who attended the party.

Michael was not home at the time of the April 29,2007 party.

Her stepson, A.J. Perry, who was 19 at the time, still faces a reckless conduct charge.
