Skins get Kentucky DE Jarmon in supplemental draft

ASHBURN, Va. -- The Washington Redskins have selected Kentucky defensive end Jeremy Jarmon in the third round of the NFL supplemental draft. <br />

The Redskins will give up their third-round pick in the 2010 NFL draft. <br />
<br />
Jarmon acknowledged in May he had been declared ineligible for his senior season by the NCAA because he tested positive for a banned substance. He said the result came from a dietary supplement. <br />
<br />
The Redskins say he's the first player they've ever taken in a supplemental draft.
