N. Hall rabies case

GAINESVILLE - Hall County has its twelfth confirmed case of rabies this year.

Animal control reported Monday that a raccoon found in the Shadow Oaks Drive area of North Hall last week was found to be rabid. Officials say it had come in contact with two dogs.


They add that if you live in that area or you see an animal anywhere acting abnormally, to please contact the Gainesville-Hall Animal Control Department at 770-531-6830, or during non-working hours call Hall County Dispatch at 770-536-8812.
