GAINESVILLE - Trinity Lifestyles Management and Group VI Construction say Gaineville's newest Active Adult Community, The Holbrook, is scheduled for completion this summer.

A "topping off" ceremony was held recently for the project.

"Topping off the building's structure is an important and visible milestone for this project," said Mark Williamson, President of Group VI Construction, LLC. "We're scheduled to complete the project in August, on time and within budget."

Group VI is performing general contracting services for the 120,000 square foot, three-story Active Adult Community designed by Foley Design Associates Architects.

The project includes 89 apartment homes and a host of amenities which include a heated resort style swimming pool, day spa, fitness and wellness centers, beauty salon and barber, bistro, pub, upscale dining experience with therapeutic diet options and much more.

The 3.26-acre site is located at the entrance of Chattahoochee County Club, directly across the street from Ingles Shopping Center and next door to Trinity's other community, Dogwood Forest Assisted Living.

Group VI Construction is also working with Trinity Lifestyles Management on the expansion of Dogwood Forest Assisted Living's "Inspirations Neighborhood," a secured neighborhood for those with a memory impairment.

The Holbrook marks the sixth community that Group VI Construction has constructed in Georgia.
