The Spartans' Alan Clark got things going with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Eli Locicero in No. 1 singles. West Hall's Luis Flores took a win over Clayton Nedza when Nedza retired in No. 2 singles.
North Hall's Mitch McCray pulled back a point at No. 3 singles over Tyler Burgamy, 6-4, 6-3.
In doubles, the Spartans' Derek Weatherly and Jimmy Kincaid defeated Jim Butts and Joe Nedza 6-2, 7-5. And Kyle Weatherly and Ricky Vital made it a West Hall doubles sweep with a 6-4, 6-0 win over Mikey Franze and Jack Hortenstine.
The Spartans (11-4) play next in the Region 7-AAA tournament where they will take on Pickens at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
