ATHENS -- Georgia concluded its schedule of on-campus bowl practices on Saturday with a session coach Mark Richt said was "pretty good" but "not great."

The No. 16 Bulldogs held a one-hour practice before leaving campus for five days off for the holidays.

Players and coaches will meet on Friday in Orlando, Fla., to resume practices for the Jan. 1 Capital One Bowl game against Michigan State.

"We will get the work in and I'm sure it will be hotter and more humid down there in Orlando," Richt said, adding he plans for the team to take advantage of the tourist attractions.

"The attractions are outstanding," Richt said. "The team will go to all the parks, and they can stay as long as they want. Some will go for just a little while and some may stay until the fireworks go off."

Richt said defensive tackle Kade Weston was limited by a sore knee on Saturday but should benefit from the five days off.
