Buford stuffs King, GAC

NORCROSS - Quentin Cantrell scored two touchdowns and the Buford defense held all-state running back Caleb King to less than 100 yards in taking a 20-7 win Friday night over Greater Atlanta Christian.

Class AA second-ranked Buford (5-0) led 14-0 at halftime and dominated No. 4 GAC until midway through the third quarter.

GAC cut the Buford lead in half when king threw a 30-yard halfback pass to Jonathan Dunagan for its only score of the game.

Buford answered right back on its next drive, capped by a 12-yard touchdown run from Demetrius Murray, but the extra point was blocked.
