New assistant county manager for Habersham

CLARKESVILLE - Habersham County has a new assistant county manager and director of finance.<br>
<br>
Ruthann Rackawack formally served as chief financial officer for White County. <br>
<br>
The posts she will fill in Habersham have been vacant since late last year when Martha Hendley resigned for personal reasons. <br>
<br>
Rackawack starts her new job later this month.
