Gainesville 's Downtown by Candlelight returns

GAINESVILLE - Thursdays in December will be special in downtown Gainesville again this year - starting this week.<br>

The third annual Downtown by Candlelight will be held each Thursday night until Christmas - featuring holiday lights, decorations, music and treats; Santa Claus; and carriage rides. <br>
<br>
Forty stores will have extended hours each Thursday - staying open until 8:00 each night.
