Stillman shuts out Clark Atlanta

SAN DIEGO - Zack Berklin ran for 113 yards and two touchdowns to lead Stillman College to a 17-0 win over Clark Atlanta University in the Gold Coast Classic on Saturday.<br> <br> Berklin scored on a 5-yard run with 7:43 left in the first quarter that capped a 46-yard drive set up by a 21-yard interception return by Warigus Prude.<br> <br> Berklin added a 22-yard touchdown run with 1:41 left in the game. Berklin, who carried 24 times, also had a 57-yard touchdown that was nullified by penalties.<br> <br> Kevin Flemming added a 32-yard field goal late in the third quarter, but missed a 50-yard attempt.<br> <br> Stillman (5-5) won despite gaining just 271 yards in total yardage.<br> <br> Clark Atlanta (0-10) gained all of its 234 yards on 61 rushing attempts. The Panthers missed on all four passing attempts and were intercepted twice.<br> <br> Stillman College is in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Clark Atlanta is in Atlanta.
